I'm a twenty four year old newlywed, living in the greater Daytona Beach area. My journal is nothing specific, or consistent. I apologize in advance for incoherent ramblings, ultra-mushy reflections on my relationship, speech that rivals a sailor's at times, an overabundance of dog pictures, and any other over the top category my posts might fall under.
I used to list family and friends among my top priorities, and while they are still extremely important to me, I've come to believe nothing is more important to me than my husband and our little family: Gizmo, the Miniature Schnauzer; Sara, the Doberman; B, Rex, Scuz, and Gordon the kitty-men; Felicity, the adopted stray cat; and Kramer, the rabbit. I carry a fierce sense of protection for all of them, as well as close friends and certain family.
I'm a girl of many personalities. I am intelligent, fairly well read, and open minded. I am also a very old fashioned Southern girl in some regards. I love to fish, watch college football, get a little dirty sometimes, and go to car shows and/or races. I'm also just as happy deep in the throes of retail therapy, basking in a tanning bed, wandering around a book store, or walking along the beach. I'm the sort that truly is up for anything.
Lately my posts are likely to revolve around my work... at a time I was finally gathering the courage to perhaps leave the family business, my mother fell seriously ill and since October 30, 2007 I've been running the show. This is rewarding, stifling, stressful, and confusing, all at the same time.
Feel free to add me... I've been trying to increase my posting frequency, and though it is mostly dog-related right now I may have something of substance to say someday.
